Unexpected Nighttime Disturbances

The location was convenient for us, and the room was clean upon arrival. Staff were friendly at check-in and breakfast.

Being placed next to the pantry led to a sleepless experience due to annoying noises throughout the night.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this clean great business hotel. The property has particularly good and absolutely perfect location really close to good restaurants, airport, eateries, and shopping, and retail stores and restaurants. Also, it was 4 miles from Wiregrass Commons Mall.

Pity, but the beds were way too hard.

I loved that checking in and out was so easy. The room was so nice and clean. The beds were good and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and well stocked with lots of nice and soft towels.

I payed more than I wanted for a one night stay. I wish the prices were a bit more affordable.

Clean rooms and accommodating staff were the highlights of my stay. I was disappointed to find tea and hot water unavailable during the first two mornings, limiting my breakfast experience. An honest but average experience overall.

everyone was very friendly, the hotel was very clean.

It was odd that there was a post it note above the bed stating that the linens were clean then when we pulled the covers back the sheets were really wrinkled, made us question "were they really"? It didn't even have the hotel name on it. Breakfast wasn't great, warmers didn't keep the omelets warm and they were rubbery & cold.

Didn't like anything, except fresh apples.

Everything was great , with spotlessly clean rooms and a really good breakfast that stood out from the usual hotel offerings, making it our favorite experience while discovering the nearby Westgate Park and enjoying delicious meals at local favorites like Moe's Southwest Grill and Cold Stone Creamery.

We had very very good and warm breakfasts with mulitple options. Central location of this nice business hotel was a bonus.

Great staff and comfortable stay

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, allowing me to refresh after a long drive. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was genuinely friendly throughout my stay. I believe the hotel could improve by enhancing the breakfast selection a bit more.

The front desk staff was cute, and the check-in process was efficient. My room was clean and well-equipped with plenty of towels and charging outlets. The gym, although small, had the necessary equipment for a quick workout. The A/C functioned perfectly, ensuring a comfortable environment.

WiFi connection was somewhat weak at times.

the hot water was unavailable for tea in the morning. however, the location was super convenient being close to restaurants. the breakfast had a great variety and the rooms were extremely clean with comfy beds.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was unbeatable with eggs and bacon, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
